Data deletion and integration revocation.
Use this page to understand how to remove connected platform data from MarketPilot OS.
1. Request deletion
Email founder@marketpilotos.com from the email address linked to your MarketPilot account. Include your workspace name and whether you want integration data deleted, account closure, or both.
2. Disconnect Google
In MarketPilot, open Settings, Integrations, Google integrations, then choose Disconnect. MarketPilot clears local Google tokens and integration settings and attempts to revoke the Google OAuth token. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.
3. Google data covered
Google integration data may include selected OAuth scopes, encrypted tokens, accessible Ads customer IDs, selected Ads customer, selected Search Console property, selected GA4 property, Search Console performance rows, GA4 report rows and Google Ads reporting rows stored in workspace reports or audit records.
4. Disconnect Meta
In MarketPilot, open Settings, Integrations, Facebook and Instagram, then choose Disconnect. MarketPilot clears local Meta tokens and integration settings and attempts to revoke app permissions through Meta. You can also remove MarketPilot from your Meta account's business integrations or apps settings.
5. Meta and Instagram data covered
Meta integration data may include connected Meta user metadata, granted permissions, selected ad account, selected Facebook Page, selected pixel, selected lead form, linked Instagram Business account metadata, lead form responses, Instagram lead attribution, campaign IDs, ad set IDs, ad IDs, duplicate action results, status sync metadata and reporting snapshots returned by Meta. MarketPilot does not currently store Instagram messaging threads or organic publishing records because those features remain disabled.
6. Meta callbacks
Meta data deletion requests are handled at /api/integrations/meta/data-deletion. Meta deauthorisation requests are handled at /api/integrations/meta/deauthorize. Webhook lead events are handled at /api/integrations/meta/webhook only after signature verification.
7. Disconnect TikTok
In MarketPilot, open Settings, Integrations, TikTok, then choose Disconnect or Revoke. Disconnect clears local TikTok tokens and integration settings. Revoke attempts TikTok provider revocation where supported and then disconnects locally.
8. TikTok data covered
TikTok integration data may include connected account identifiers, granted scopes, missing scopes, encrypted OAuth tokens, selected advertiser ID/name, pixel ID, identity ID, destination URL, budget preference, video/media metadata, publish readiness, Ads readiness, reporting readiness, provider errors and audit records.
9. Retention limits
Provider tokens and local integration settings are removed on disconnect unless a lawful exception applies. Audit, billing, security and dispute records may be retained where required by law, platform policy, tax, fraud-prevention or security obligations.
10. Confirmation
We will confirm the action taken or ask for verification if we cannot safely identify the account or workspace. Deletion requests are handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
