FAQ
Plan questions, answered plainly.
Is there a trial?
No. Free needs no card. Pro and Business are charged monthly as soon as Stripe checkout succeeds.
Is ad spend included?
No. MarketPilot subscription fees cover the software workflow. Google, Meta and TikTok ad spend is paid through your own advertising account.
Can Free use Publishing Centre?
No. Reviewable content drafts are a paid-plan feature.
Does Business enable CMS publishing?
No. CMS integrations are planned; approved content must be copied into the CMS manually.
What are the usage limits?
Free includes 1 goal, 3 marketing draft requests and 1 image request. Pro includes 10 goals, 100 drafts and 25 image requests. Business includes 50 goals, 500 drafts and 150 image requests.
Do I need a card to sign up?
Free needs no card. Stripe collects a card when you choose Pro or Business, and paid access starts after checkout succeeds.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period, so access continues until that date. Payments already started are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved for a billing error.
Can I start before connecting integrations?
Yes. You can begin with business context, audits and prepared work before external integrations are connected.
