The terms for using MarketPilot OS.
These terms explain the rules that apply when you access or use MarketPilot OS.
1. Operator
MarketPilot OS is operated by GK STUDIO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16048293. References to MarketPilot, we, us or our mean GK STUDIO LTD trading through the MarketPilot OS product.
2. The service
MarketPilot OS provides campaign planning, AI-assisted content generation, lead capture, inbox workflows, reports, integration guidance, improvement suggestions and related operational tools for service businesses. We may update, improve or change the service over time.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account and business information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that authorised users comply with these terms.
4. Trial and subscriptions
MarketPilot may offer a 14-day trial starting when you begin a paid subscription through checkout. Paid plans are billed as stated at checkout. Subscription fees are not a percentage of your revenue. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled.
5. Usage limits
Plans may include limits for campaigns, AI usage, connected accounts, users, storage, or other product features. If limits are reached, we may restrict new AI suggestions, new campaign launches or similar functionality. Bookings and existing inbox visibility should not be blocked solely because an AI usage limit has been reached.
6. Payments and cancellation
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. You are responsible for keeping billing details up to date. You may cancel according to the cancellation options available in the product or by contacting founder@marketpilotos.com.
7. AI outputs
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable or require review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving all AI-generated content, campaign suggestions, messages, images, recommendations and outputs before publishing, sending or relying on them.
8. Advertising approval and spend
MarketPilot is designed around approval-first advertising. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, no external advertising spend should be started without your explicit approval of the advert, channel, budget and launch step in the product.
9. Platform billing
MarketPilot subscription fees are separate from advertising spend. Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and similar media costs are paid through your own advertising account or the relevant platform billing setup. MarketPilot does not replace platform billing terms or payment obligations.
9A. Google Ads billing separation
If you connect Google Ads, all media spend, taxes, credits, refunds, billing thresholds and payment methods remain governed by your Google Ads account and Google's terms. MarketPilot subscription payments are only for MarketPilot software and workflow access.
10. Integrations
Where you connect services such as Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, email or other providers, you authorise MarketPilot to use those integrations only for the features you enable. You remain responsible for complying with each third-party platform's terms, advertising policies, account rules, prohibited content rules and data-use requirements.
10A. Google integration use
Google OAuth access is requested only for the Google services you choose to connect. MarketPilot must not be used to misrepresent Google Ads performance, fabricate conversions or bypass Google Ads policies. Google Ads campaigns prepared through MarketPilot remain approval-first and are created paused where supported.
10B. Meta and Instagram integration use
Meta access is requested only for the Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads placement, Page, Instagram Business discovery and lead retrieval workflows implemented in MarketPilot. MarketPilot must not be used to fabricate leads, misrepresent Meta performance, bypass Meta policies, send unauthorised messages or imply unsupported Instagram organic publishing or messaging features. Meta and Instagram ad campaigns are prepared paused first and any resume, duplicate, edit or spend-related action requires explicit user approval and is subject to Meta account support.
10C. TikTok integration use
TikTok access is requested only for OAuth, account health, advertiser setup, approved organic publishing workflows, approved Ads workflows and reporting workflows that are actually enabled in the product. MarketPilot must not be used to fabricate TikTok metrics, misrepresent TikTok performance, bypass TikTok policies or imply unsupported publishing or Ads capabilities. TikTok publishing and TikTok Ads spend require explicit user approval, and Ads campaigns must be prepared paused or draft-first where supported.
11. Platform availability and approvals
Google, Meta, TikTok and other third-party features may depend on account permissions, app review, API access, billing status, platform approval and provider availability. We cannot guarantee that a provider will approve, deliver, publish or continue supporting a campaign or integration.
12. Autopilot and manual approval
MarketPilot may provide automation, recommendation and autopilot-style workflows. Unless a clearly labelled live automation setting is enabled for your account and plan, material actions such as external publishing, spend changes or bidding changes remain approval-first. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before approval.
13. Advertising policy compliance
You must not use MarketPilot to create or manage unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, harmful, infringing, restricted or prohibited advertising. You are responsible for claims, offers, targeting, regulated categories, landing pages, privacy notices and substantiation required by the advertising platforms and applicable law.
14. Acceptable use
You must not use MarketPilot for unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, harmful, abusive, infringing or unauthorised activity. You must not attempt to bypass security, misuse integrations, send spam, upload malicious files or use the service to target protected or sensitive groups unlawfully.
15. Customer content
You retain ownership of business information, uploaded media, campaign data and customer content you provide. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, analyse and use that content to provide and improve the service.
16. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, incidents, third-party outages, provider limits or force majeure events may affect access or performance.
17. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketPilot is provided without guarantees of specific revenue, bookings, leads, advertising results or business outcomes. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill or decisions made using AI or analytics outputs.
18. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create security risk, fail to pay, misuse the service, or where required by law or platform policy. You may stop using the service and request account closure subject to lawful retention requirements.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
