MarketPilot was founded by Ganga Kiran Parikipandla in London to solve a problem he first experienced personally: business owners were spending too much on agencies and too many disconnected tools, yet still could not see what was genuinely creating revenue.
Why it started
The first customer was the founder.
After working across technology, automation and digital systems, Ganga saw the same pattern repeatedly: businesses were busy posting, advertising, replying, reporting and paying for help, but very few could explain which audience, message or action was responsible for revenue.
MarketPilot began as a system to bring clarity to that problem. The goal was not to create another content tool or dashboard. The goal was to build a practical operating system that could connect strategy, execution, leads, bookings and revenue in one place.
